Frequently asked questions
When will it be available?
It is in development. We will first open a private beta with a group of founding businesses in Colombia and Venezuela; join the waitlist and we will let you know.
Do I need data skills or an analyst?
No. That is the point: you connect your sources and Pulse does the analysis. The goal is for you to get your first useful diagnosis in under 30 minutes, without help.
Can the AI make up numbers?
It is designed not to: EOS Analytics’ statistical engine calculates every number, the AI only writes it up, and a validator rejects any figure that did not come from the calculation.
What happens to my data?
It is designed with read-only connectors, encrypted tokens, per-customer isolation, export and deletion on request, and no model training on your data.
